JD Gyms in Swindon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily club operations under the General Manager. You will lead Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, uphold Health and Safety standards, and drive membership growth and revenue in a fast-growing gym chain.
You will coach and develop colleagues, ensure a high standard of cleanliness and service, and represent JD Gyms values in all member interactions. This role is onsite at our Swindon club.
