Restaurant Team Leader: Lead, Coach & Drive Peak Shifts

KFC is looking for a capable on‑floor leader to drive the restaurant, set the pace, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll be hands‑on with the team, pushing to hit targets and maintain a welcoming, efficient service every shift.

You’ll lead from the front, coach and support your crew, plan shifts, manage stock, and stay calm under pressure so the front of house runs like clockwork.
