Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support worker across one extra care service in Huyton.

Our Support Needs & Challenges

You will be supporting adults within this extra care service with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, age related needs and dementia.

Our Shifts

Monday to Friday, Flexibility required to cover the needs of the service.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and supporting staff (rotas, supervision, performance)
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
Handling safeguarding concerns and ensuring CQC compliance
Overseeing day-to-day operations, budgets, and health & safety
Working with families, professionals, and external agencies
Managing admin, reports, and audits
Recruiting and developing staff

About You

Be positive, proactive, and approachable
Have experience developing and managing support plans
Be committed to helping people feel part of their local community
Feel comfortable using basic IT systems
Good understanding and knowledge of CQC requirements
Ideally been registered with CQC previously or must be willing to be CQC registered

Qualifications

Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Must have the relevant experience, ideally have been registered with CQC before
