Kyndryl Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Lead / Principal Engineer (FDE) focused on AI and agentic engineering. You will own the technical direction of major enterprise AI programs, architect agentic systems, and guide production deployments in close collaboration with platform engineering.
You will combine deep expertise in agentic AI, RAG, and software engineering with strong consulting acumen. You’ll establish AI governance and mentor engineers across engagements.
