Senior Biddable Manager | Programmatic | Independent Media Agency | Up to £50,000

Are you a programmatic expert ready to step into a senior leadership role? We're recruiting for a Senior Biddable Manager on behalf of a well-established, independent media agency , to join their Delivery Team and help shape the future of their programmatic offering.

This is a senior, high-impact position combining hands-on programmatic expertise , team leadership , and strategic influence - reporting directly into the Head of Delivery & Product.

You'll take ownership of some of the agency's most strategic client accounts, drive delivery performance across the team, and mentor rising talent to help build a best-in-class omnichannel programmatic function.

Working pattern: Hybrid — 1 day per week in the office

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Client Oversight

• Lead end-to-end delivery for top-tier, strategic client accounts
• Partner closely with Account and Commercial teams to drive efficiency and results
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and performance
• Work alongside senior leadership to refine team workflows and best practice
• Create internal learning resources to upskill the wider department
• Own key vendor relationships - from onboarding new platforms to managing partner growth
• Spot and champion new platform opportunities and innovations
• Lead Test & Learn initiatives with clear, commercially-minded business cases
• Oversee campaign QA and provide consultative guidance across the team
• Represent the agency confidently in client calls, presentations, and QBRs
• Contribute to new business pitches and wider agency initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years' experience in end-to-end programmatic campaign activation (planning, activation, reporting)
• Strong hands-on experience with The Trade Desk (essential), plus DV360 and/or StackAdapt — Teads Ad Manager experience a bonus
• Solid knowledge across programmatic channels: Display, OLV, DOOH, Connected TV, Audio, and Native
• Fluency in GA4 and DCM (certifications a plus)
• Proven experience managing people and/or complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• A confident, diplomatic communicator who can lead conversations and present with impact
• A strategic, critical thinker who thinks beyond the day-to-day
• Exposure to Paid Search/Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta) is a strong bonus
