EMEA Retail Franchise Development Lead

Mattel is seeking a commercial, relationship-led Associate Manager to drive Retail Franchise Development in an assigned EMEA territory. You will translate regional priorities into locally relevant retailer stories, cross-category programs and consumer experiences to strengthen retailer relationships and growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own plans, build annual priorities, and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, licensees and internal teams across EMEA.
