Branch Customer Experience Specialist

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at Wakefield Branch for a 35-hour week on a rota basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, assisting customers, and resolving queries to boost loyalty.

You’ll build relationships, learn products, and identify ways to improve the customer journey while supporting a collaborative, multi-skilled team in a technology-driven environment.
