Early-Career Community Mental Health Practitioner

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Mental Health Practitioner to work within the Community Mental Health Team. You will develop clinical skills while managing a caseload in the community setting, under supervision from a multidisciplinary leadership team.

You will join an established team covering Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Wetherby and surrounding areas, with opportunities for development, regular appraisal and preceptorship support.
