Quantity Surveyors - Assistant to Senior Level

We are seeking Assistant, Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support a high-value civil engineering project approaching 100m in value. Key Responsibilities

• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Valuations and variations
• Change control and commercial reporting
• Risk and opportunity management
• Contract administration
• Final accounts
• Stakeholder and client liaison

Requirements

• Experience within infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering
• Commercially aware with strong reporting skills
• Relevant qualification desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
