A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record in carrying out contract administration and employer's agent roles.
Based in their Manchester office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across commercial and private sector projects, working across multiple schemes (pre and post contract) with values ranging from £500K to £25M.
The Quantity Surveyor will act as an Employer's Agent, taking a hands-on role across a variety of projects and building strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
