Supply Planner

This interim Supply Planner role with Manpower UK supports Elida Beauty, an FMCG client behind brands including VO5 and TIGI. Based in the West End, the position runs full-time for six months, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with hybrid remote and onsite working. Compensation reaches £45,000 annually, pro rata, dependent on experience. Manpower are currently seeking an interim Supply Planner to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni andamp; Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Your Role andamp; Key Responsibilities

As the Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in the DSR process for all FG products in the UK and ANZ market, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery right capacity allocation and stock levels in the global supply network.

• E2E execution of Supply Planning Team Strategy
• Defines and develops constrained Finished Goods (FG) Forecast into the business plans
• Transforms the constrained FG forecast into a supply / requirement plan
• Ensures operational excellence and solution management for any supply risk and issues
• Exceed customer expectations by ensuring FG availability delivered through on time / in full order fulfilment
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Owns and monitors Capacity, Stocks, Waste reporting and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Stocks, Waste
• Works closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities/projects
• Partnership and Collaboration
• Collaborate with demand planning, customer development (CD) and marketing to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into the supply forecast
• Works closely with 3rd party manufacturing (3PM) procurement to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met
• Coordinate Repack / Co-pack activities with key co-pack / repack suppliers
• Process and Technology Management Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant
• Talent catalyst: Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organisation is fit to win short and long term
• Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organisation as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies
