Depot Operations Lead — Shift Manager

DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations and manage a mixed workforce of self-employed Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers. You will engage, motivate and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service across core routes and collections, while maintaining strict safety and reporting standards.

You will oversee route efficiency, driver performance and resource planning, ensuring accurate documentation and KPI delivery in a dynamic logistics environment.
