We are currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Chelmsford. This is an excellent Senior Service Advisor opportunity for an experienced professional to further their career within a customer-focused environment that values high standards and service excellence. The successful individual will be integral to maintaining the dealership's reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties of a Senior Service Advisor

• Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
• Managing service bookings efficiently and keeping customers informed
• Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop productivity
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership standards
• Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle repairs
• Promoting repeat business through effective communication and rapport building

Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the motor trade industry
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a professional, proactive attitude
• Ability to upsell and negotiate effectively
• Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle repair procedures is advantageous
