About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and reliable administrator to join an established team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Working closely with the wider team, you will provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. The role will involve using an ERP system to maintain accurate records, process information and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general administrative support across the business
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Using the company's ERP system to input, update and retrieve information
• Processing orders, paperwork and other relevant documentation
• Raising and processing information within internal systems
• Producing reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents
• Handling emails and general correspondence
• Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers when required
• Filing and maintaining accurate documentation
• Assisting with data entry and ensuring information is recorded accurately
• Supporting the wider office and operations team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Following company processes and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, warehouse or industrial environment.

You will be organized, dependable and confident working with computer systems. Experience using an ERP system would be advantageous, although full training may be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good attention to detail and accuracy
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Has experience with general administration and data entry
• Is comfortable learning and using new computer systems
• Can work effectively in a busy environment
• Has good communication and organisational skills
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player
• Has a reliable and flexible approach to work
