If you're an experienced engineering professional with a passion for leadership, compliance and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong engineering professional with leadership experience to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the environments where thousands of students live, study and thrive.

As a hands-on leader, you'll oversee the safe and efficient operation of critical building services, drive compliance and performance, and lead a dedicated team of engineers to deliver a sector-leading maintenance service. In return, you'll join a global organisation committed to investing in its people, supporting career progression and creating a positive impact for customers, clients and communities.

• Managing resource allocation, labour deployment and materials to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating specialist contractors and reviewing completed works to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Maintaining accurate asset, maintenance and compliance records through CAFM systems, including Maximo.
• Supporting lifecycle planning, refurbishment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Developing strong relationships with University stakeholders, accommodation teams, contractors and colleagues.
• Producing performance reports and supporting client reporting requirements.
• Participating in the call-out rota to support the University's 24/7 operational requirements.
