International Sales Manager (National Account Manager)

Location: 2 days per week in West London office

Either - Middle East OR Western Europe & Africa Regions.

With an impressive portfolio of market-leading wellness brands sold across the globe, the business is combining its rich history with an ambitious transformation agenda, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced International Sales Manager.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building markets, developing distributor partnerships and delivering sustainable commercial growth across international territories.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of export markets, managing and growing existing distributor relationships. Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and regulatory teams, you'll develop market strategies, drive profitable growth and ensure best-in-class execution across your regions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute international growth plans across assigned markets.
• Build and strengthen distributor partnerships to maximise sales and profitability.
• Identify and appoint new distribution partners in high-potential territories.
• Deliver commercial targets through forecasting, business planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute successful product launches and campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery across supply chain and regulatory functions.

About You

You'll already have experience managing international distributors within FMCG, consumer healthcare, beauty or a related consumer goods sector - with EMEA / Africa experience.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven success managing export distributors in either of the regions.
• High energy level, positivity, reslience, entrepreneurialism and can-do sales attitude!
• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
• A track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and winning new markets.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Language skills - related to the region, would be helpful!
