£40,000-£50,000 + Uncapped OTE Year 1: £60-70K | Year 2+: £75-90K+ | Top performers earn significantly more

Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a driven, commercially hungry Account Manager to join our growing Account Management Team. You may already be an experienced IT Account Manager/BDM, or you might currently work in a technical sales role outside of IT and be ready to transition into providing full customer solutions within the IT industry.

If you bring exceptional drive and strong technical capability, we are prepared to increase the salary band for the right person.

Role Overview

We are elevating our customer engagement model to ensure clients receive maximum value and a complete technical solution that meets both their current and future business needs.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering the right solution, first time, setting a new standard for customer satisfaction and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their objectives and aligning our IT solutions to their needs
• Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions that solve real customer challenges
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross‑selling
• Listen deeply, understand customer requirements, and proactively identify future needs
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and high standards of delivery

Person Specification

We're looking for someone who is:

• Hungry, ambitious, and commercially driven
• Experienced in technical sales
• Technically curious — keen to learn current, new, and emerging technologies
• Customer‑obsessed and willing to go the extra mile
• Collaborative and able to contribute positively to solution selling
• Organised, persistent, and able to see tasks through to completion
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage their own workload
• Clear and confident in communication (written, verbal, listening)
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of client — from Office Manager to CEO/Board
• Holder of a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly experienced in customer engagement (on‑site or virtual meetings)
• Background in technical sales
