About The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll deliver a first-class experience to every customer, guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey from initial enquiry through to handover and beyond.

You’ll take pride in building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the right vehicle and finance solutions. Working within a supportive and ambitious team, you’ll have the tools, training, and encouragement needed to maximise your success and earning potential.

Representing the prestigious Ford brand, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while driving your own performance and career forward.

What We're Looking For

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Have

• At least 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
• A proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota
• A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
