Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German-Speaking)

Optimus Search | London | £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

Fluent German is essential.

Turn your language skills into a career, not just a job.

At Optimus Search, we've spent 20 years shaping the IT recruitment industry — one placement, one relationship, one great hire at a time. As specialists across Digital, Data, and Life Sciences, we connect exceptional tech talent with some of Europe's most exciting companies.

What started in the mobile market has grown into three market-leading divisions — Optimus Digital, Optimus Data, and Optimus Life Sciences — making us one of the sector's standout names.

Now we're looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Candidate Resourcer to join our London team, working hand-in-hand with one of our top-billing consultants to dominate the German market. This is a pure resourcing role: your focus is finding, engaging, and placing outstanding candidates — no cold business development required.

If you're bilingual, ambitious, and ready to build a career around your language skills, we want to hear from you — even if this isn't the only role we have for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering directly with a top-performing consultant to deliver recruitment solutions for high-profile German clients
• Proactively headhunting and sourcing candidates across Digital, Data, and Life Sciences in Germany
• Screening and interviewing candidates to match them to the right roles
• Managing the full candidate journey — from first contact through to offer acceptance
• Building genuine, lasting relationships that keep candidates engaged and informed
• Delivering a five-star candidate experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

No recruitment experience needed — we'll teach you everything. What you do need:

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine passion for people and relationship-building
• Sharp organisation and attention to detail
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team

Why Optimus Search?

We don't just hand out jobs — we build careers.

• Tailored Training — A structured 4-week induction led by our in-house L&D Director
• Real Career Progression — A clear path into full 360 recruitment or senior delivery roles
• Learn From the Best — Work directly alongside a top biller, with hands‑on exposure to high-value clients
• Uncapped Earnings — No threshold, no ceiling — your success sets your income
