Sales Consultant - New Homes

Location: Bristol, with potential to cover sites across the South West, including Devon
Salary: £34,869 - £43,586 per annum
Commission: Potential to earn up to 35% commission
Hours: 36 hours per week
Working Pattern: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 5:30pm, with days off in lieu

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join a growing new homes sales team, initially focusing on Shared Ownership sales across a development in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in new homes sales who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets. While Shared Ownership experience is preferred, applications will also be considered from candidates with a strong background in general new homes sales.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, providing a high-quality and professional sales service throughout.

Initially, the role will focus on Shared Ownership , although there may be opportunities to support private sales in the future. You may also be required to provide sales cover at other developments across the South West, including Devon.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing enquiries and converting leads into sales.
• Guiding customers through the Shared Ownership purchasing process.
• Conducting viewings and providing detailed information on properties and developments.
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Managing the sales process through to completion, ensuring customers are kept informed at every stage.
• Working closely with internal teams, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders to progress sales.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
• Achieving individual and development sales targets.
• Supporting sales activity and providing cover at other South West developments when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially focused, customer-oriented and confident managing the full sales journey.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in Shared Ownership sales or a strong background in new homes sales .
• Proven experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and sales simultaneously.
• Confidence conducting property viewings and discussing financial and purchasing information with customers.
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel to other developments across the South West when required.

Shared Ownership experience would be advantageous, but candidates with strong general new homes sales experience will also be considered.
