Salary: ALT Leadership L16 - L20 (£77,676 -£85,547 FTE)

This is an excitingopportunity for a proven, inspirational leader with the vision, knowledge andexperience to build on Highfield Ely Academy's existing good practice.

The Deputy Headteacherwill work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and, withothers, lead and develop the strategic direction of the school. Operationally,the Deputy Headteacher will help to develop, implement and evaluate the school'spractices and ensure resources are efficiently and effectively managed.

We are lookingfor a Deputy Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy who will:
