Hybrid Civil Quantity Surveyor: Cost, Contracts & Growth

McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and commercial processes on high-value projects. You will prepare budgets, valuations and final accounts, while procuring supply chains and certifying payments to maintain project value and program.

The role requires strong contract knowledge (JCT/ NEC), excellent communication and a proactive approach to risk management, with flexibility to travel to sites as needed.
