  • Supporting training and development within the engineering team
  • Liaising directly with the client and explaining technical issues clearly
  • Maintaining accurate engineering records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, HVAC Supervisor, Mechanical Contract Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Engineer
  • Strong commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience
  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or similar
  • Strong knowledge of heating and ventilation systems
  • Experience working with pumps, valves, AHUs and associated plant
  • Good fault-finding ability
  • Experience using BMS systems , ideally Trend
  • Understanding of electrical controls, safe isolation and basic electrical fault finding
  • Experience supervising or leading engineers
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills

Desirable:

  • F-Gas / City & Guilds 2079
  • Mechanical Authorised Person experience
  • Experience working within a large commercial, stadium, hospital, airport or other technically demanding environment

Why Consider It?

You’ll be working at one of the most recognisable buildings in the country, on a permanent static-site contract with an established engineering team.

The package includes:

  • £50,000 - £57,000 salary
  • Regular overtime opportunities
  • Monday to Friday working
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
