• Order parts and materials to ensure work is not held up.
• Work closely with purchasing, sales and senior management.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment.
• Provide clear progress updates to senior management.
• Coach and support the team while setting and maintaining high standards.

• The ability to interpret job specifications and production plans.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to lead from the front and keep a team accountable.
• Experience sourcing and ordering automotive parts.
• A good understanding of workshop health & safety.

Above all, you’ll be hands-on, dependable, organised and quality-focused, with the ability to keep people and projects moving in a busy workshop environment.

What’s on offer?

• £45,000 bonus
• Flexible working hours
• A key leadership position within a growing specialist automotive business
• Small, skilled team
• Hands-on involvement in high-quality vehicle builds
• Genuine opportunity to make an impact and help shape the workshop
• A professional, collaborative working environment
• Opportunity to develop as the business continues to grow
