Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor based at the Hackney Wick office to oversee daily hard services on the Arriva Rail London contract. You will manage a team of engineers, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance, safety and high engineering standards on site.
The role operates a 4on/4off 12‑hour shift pattern with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch and occasional weekend work. You’ll support the Contract Manager to optimise performance and provide coaching to the site team.
