Motorsport Workshop & Equipment Lead

Rutronik Racing seeks a motivated Workshop & Equipment Manager to oversee the workshop, equipment and technical infrastructure at our Portsmouth site. You will support race weekends, ensure equipment readiness and optimize workshop operations to run efficiently both at the circuit and in the workshop.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, extensive motorsport experience, and a highly organized, team-oriented mindset.
