The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, which incorporates the memory service based on the Island of Guernsey, is seeking an experienced Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner.
As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a service providing specialist input to service users and their carers who may be affected by a mental health diagnosis.
