Working from Chippenham Headquarters or Primary Care Centres, you will provide face-to-face care, home visits with a fully equipped medical car, and remote triage from the regional Head Office.
You will be a registered nurse, paramedic or allied health professional with a non-medical prescribing qualification and at least two years
