We seek a skilled nurse to lead the community stroke nursing team and deliver high quality specialist rehabilitation to help stroke patients regain independence and maximize recovery potential.

You will contribute to post-stroke reviews, provide essential nursing assessments, medication reviews, and liaise with other services to coordinate care in a forward-thinking community
