Assess commercial risks
Develop broker relationships
Manage new-business pipelines
Determine appropriate underwriting terms
Support profitable portfolio growth
What we\'re looking for
Underwriting experience preferred
Property and casualty knowledge advantageous
Strong relationship-building ability
Commercial judgment
Excellent communication skills
