Northern LGPS is seeking a leader for its independent valuation capability in Manchester/Bradford/Liverpool. You will own valuation policy, supervise fair value determinations, and independently challenge external valuations to support robust governance and informed committee decisions.
The role requires FCA-regulated valuation experience, private markets expertise, and a professional qualification. Hybrid working and leadership of a small Valuations team are offered.
