You'll work across the development lifecycle, helping take GenAI ideas and POC's through to robust, production-ready applications for enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Build production applications and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Develop LLM, RAG and AI agent solutions
• Build RAG pipelines covering embeddings, retrieval and generation
• Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama and similar LLMs
• Use LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar AI framework
• Work with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB and PGVector
• Take GenAI POCs into production and scale them
• Build APIs, microservices and AI integrations
• Deploy solutions using AWS/Azure, Docker and Kubernetes
• Write clean, testable and maintainable Python code

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and client stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience required for Senior Consultant level.
• Strong commercial Python development experience
• Experience building APIs, microservices and backend applications
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search

• React/TypeScript and Terraform/IaC experience is beneficial
• Experience taking GenAI POCs into production is highly beneficial

Why this role?
You'll work on real-world AI engineering projects, combining strong Python software development with modern GenAI technologies. The focus is on building and engineering, giving you the opportunity to write code, develop AI applications and solve technical problems while working with the latest LLM and RAG technologies.
You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients and develop your experience across both software engineering and Generative AI.

If you're a strong Python engineer with hands-on GenAI experience and want to build production-level AI applications, we'd like to hear from you.
