Work closely with the electrical team, design consultants and construction management to ensure fully coordinated M&E installations within the constraints of an existing building.
Manage specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners, monitoring performance, productivity, quality, programme and health & safety compliance.

Maintain responsibility for the mechanical programme, identifying critical-path activities and implementing recovery plans where required to maintain key project milestones.
Liaise closely with the client, main contractor, consultants and internal project team, chairing progress and coordination meetings and providing clear reporting on programme, cost, risk and delivery.
Oversee testing, commissioning, witnessing and integration of mechanical systems, ensuring all installations meet the required technical, regulatory and project-specific standards.
