Hours of work: Weekly rotation, 07:00- 15:00/10:00-18:00/13:00-21:00 (37.5 per week).
Salary: £34.5K per anumm (£17.69ph).
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER:
Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
Streamline Processes: Lead and support the Vendor Communication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day.
Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.
Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability, and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
To ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and account team.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
Experience with Transport and route planning.
Have previous team supervisor/management experience.
Experience using the Paragon Planning tool is desirable.
Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
