CHS Group is seeking a Voids & Lettings Officer in Cambridge (CB24 9ZR) to coordinate voids, lettings and mutual exchanges. The role is office-based, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will liaise with Housing, Property Services, Contractors and Local Authorities to relet properties in line with targets and safety certifications, while ensuring compliant decision-making and high-quality customer advice.
