At Quilter we never stand still. Our foundations are rooted in our extraordinary expertise, which is trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers, but we have great ambitions to stay one step ahead and make an even greater difference to the people and communities we serve, including our colleagues.
Our business is transforming, continually modernising, and becoming even more customer centric. So, if you want to be bold in the pursuit of your ambitions, bring new ideas, and challenge and evolve what we do, it’s the perfect time to join us!
At Quilter, we’re transforming how we connect with customers, advisers and prospects across digital channels. As our Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Executive, you’ll help plan, create and deliver audience-focused social media and recruitment activity that brings Quilter’s proposition to life across social channels, YouTube, email, web and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
This is a varied, hands‑on role with social media, paid social advertising and adviser recruitment as the primary areas of focus, alongside responsibility for supporting selected digital content, campaign delivery, YouTube management and performance improvement. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues across marketing, communications, content and video, you’ll help deliver activity that drives engagement, supports recruitment and lead generation, and improves the customer and adviser experience.
You’ll create and adapt social-first content across multiple formats, support targeted paid and organic social campaigns, and help ensure Quilter’s content is visible and effective across SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and new AI-powered search environments.
If you enjoy combining creativity, data and commercial thinking, this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on how Quilter engages its audiences and continues to evolve its digital presence.
You will:
You are a digitally-minded marketer with strong social media experience, including exposure to paid social media campaigns or advertising, an interest in adviser recruitment marketing, and a passion for creating content that delivers measurable results.
You have experience managing social media channels, creating platform‑appropriate content and supporting paid and organic campaigns that engage audiences and drive outcomes. You understand how content needs to adapt across different platforms, audiences, campaign objectives and stages of the customer or adviser journey.
You are confident working with website content and have a good understanding of SEO principles, with an interest in how search is evolving through AI and answer‑based discovery. You are comfortable creating and optimising content for web, social, email and video channels and are always looking for ways to improve performance and audience engagement.
You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, working across different stakeholders and balancing hands‑on delivery with good judgement. You are able to operate independently, take ownership of your workload and know when to involve others to keep activity moving in the right direction.
Experience creating content and campaigns aimed at consumer or adviser audiences would be beneficial, particularly where this has supported recruitment, customer acquisition, engagement or lead generation. Experience using paid social advertising tools, social media management platforms, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar tools, and email marketing or CRM platforms would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You enjoy being close to the detail, taking ownership of your work and contributing to a team with ambitious goals and a strong sense of purpose.
We value diversity and strive to promote inclusivity in all aspects of our culture. We believe in equal opportunities for all, ensuring that no applicant encounters less favourable treatment based on anything but their skills, qualifications, experience, and potential. We celebrate the unique contributions of a diverse workforce and create a respectful, nurturing environment where every colleague can thrive.
Do the right thing: We act with integrity and are proudly committed to going above and beyond in service of our clients and the support we provide our communities.
Always curious: We continuously seek new ideas and knowledge so we’re one step ahead of our clients’ needs. We look for inspiration everywhere and encourage experimentation, recognising that this is how we create brilliant solutions for brighter futures.
Embrace challenge: We aim high to transform our potential into meaningful outcomes. With ambition as our driving force and a steadfast commitment to growth, we succeed for the good of every generation.
Stronger together: Combining our diverse talents, we accomplish more collectively than we ever could do alone. We speak openly, actively listen, and support each other, and constructively challenge and embrace new ideas. We seek empowerment and demonstrate ownership and trust, with the confidence to make impactful decisions.
