Craft is seeking a Head of Creative to define the brand’s 360° identity in premium beauty. You’ll own the creative strategy end to end—from visual identity and packaging to digital and campaign calendars—and direct shoots, then edit creator footage into high‑performing social assets.
You’ll build and lead a studio, establish workflows and resource planning, and partner with Growth Marketing to test hooks using CTR and conversions.
