Senior Room Leader – Early Years Education & Growth

Busy Bees Coventry is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead a team and ensure educational strategies are integrated across the centre. You will inspire colleagues to achieve high standards of care and learning, and take an active role in planning and delivery.

You will build strong relationships with families, track children's progress, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering our Bee Curious curriculum and celebrating staff development and teamwork.
