What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and develop retail teams across multiple stores
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance
Build the skills and experience required to progress as a Store Manager
