Chief Healthcare Legal Counsel

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust seeks a Head of Legal to provide expert leadership of the Trust-wide healthcare legal service. This role covers clinical negligence, employer’s and public liability, and Court of Protection matters, shaping robust policies and auditable processes across the organisation.

You will lead a team, deliver medico-legal advice to committees and staff, and ensure learning from incidents, complaints, and inquests informs practice.
