Global DTC Growth Director — Premium Beauty Brand

The Growth Foundation seeks a hands-on Director of DTC to own the global DTC P&L and drive profitable ecommerce growth. You will lead UK and US ecommerce across Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, CRM and Amazon, reporting to the CEO, with a focus on new customer acquisition, conversion, retention and scale.

The role requires commercial acumen, leadership of a lean team, and close collaboration with Brand, Creative, Social and Agencies.
