Adam Avenue Practice is seeking a Salaried GP for 6–8 sessions per week. This is a genuinely protected role designed around safe, sustainable general practice
Sessional rate up to £13,000 per session per annum, depending on experience and responsibilities.
We offer high flexibility over working days and hours - as long as the job gets done, we'll accommodate your needs.
Remote sessions from home are available for part of your working month.
We mean it. No on-calls. No Duty GP. No home visits. No triage. No eConsults.
No supervision of other staff. No unrelated admin - only your own patients' labs and Docman tasks.
Every appointment is 15 minutes as standard.
Pharmacotherapy is managed by a dedicated Pharmacists' Hub, and we operate a largely paperless environment through robust workflow optimisation.
If you're within 12 months of completing GP training, we offer mentoring and supportive job plan with gradual induction to the clinical coalface, so you build your confidence at a sustainable pace.
Eligible candidates may receive a one-off payment of up to £10,000 from NHS Lanarkshire Health Board.

Adam Avenue Practice is based in modern Airdrie Community Health Centre.
