Territory: Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Norwich & surrounding areas.

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus a 20% performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

Standout Field Marketing has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our OPI team.

Representing one of the most recognised names in professional nail care, you'll work with existing and prospective customers across your territory, helping to grow their businesses through OPI's industry-leading products, education programmes, and innovative solutions.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory, building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

With an average of eight customer interactions per day, you’ll support customers in maximising the potential of the OPI portfolio while developing long-term partnerships that deliver mutual success.

You’ll receive comprehensive training on OPI products and benefit from the opportunity to visit Wella Headquarters , giving you the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across your territory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Drive customer loyalty and engagement
• Increase customer spend across the OPI portfolio
• Promote OPI education programmes and support customer development
• Effectively manage your territory to maximise sales performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and support customer growth
• Effective territory and time management skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results
• An interest in the beauty industry
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
