Location: St Asaph

Salary: £27,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000+)

Jane Lewis is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our St Asaph team.

What you’ll be doing as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation
• Building relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers
• Managing the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placement
• Managing client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent service
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hour’s service is covered in line with business needs.

What we’re looking for:

• One to two years’ experience in healthcare recruitment or a target-driven, high-volume sales role
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new business
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• An organised, proactive and resilient approach
• Healthcare sector knowledge would be beneficial
• Neutral Vendor experience is desirable but not essential
