You will lead cross-functional design projects across Mira Showers, Rada and Recoup brands, driving improvements from concept through implementation while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role is hybrid with onsite requirements in Cheltenham and travel as needed. A degree or equivalent in engineering is essential, along with extensive experience in engineering change
