Site Manager | Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot | £300/day plus digs, or £350/day without digs | Full time

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a contract Site Manager with strong structural steel experience in South Wales. The role begins on one site until December 2026, then moves to a second nearby site (approximately 15 minutes away) until March 2027, managing one site at a time.

• Start Date: 26th, October 2026
• Rate: £300/day plus digs, or £350/day without digs
• Contract: Until March 2027
• Location: South Wales
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Parking: Available on site

Duties

• Safe delivery of construction works
• Coordination and reporting
• Delivering daily briefings
• Attending site meetings
• Closing NCRs
• Managing handovers

Requirements

• Strong structural steel experience
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Lift Supervisor (or higher)
• IOSH
• Temporary Works
• First Aid
