We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable healthcare professional to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings.

Working Hours:

• Days: Thursday / Friday
• Hours: 08:00 - 18:00
• Session length: 4.5 hours
• Start date - To be discussed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Provide triage support and clinical decision-making
• Undertake home visits as required (Driving essential)
• Support with administrative duties related to patient care
• Participate in general clinics and appointment sessions
