Customer Success Executive — Sustainable IT Operations

Klyk is building an AI-Enabled IT Operating System and seeks a Customer Success Executive to shape IT operations processes and manage MSP requests. You’ll coordinate repairs, manage orders, recycling processes, and handle IT tickets, staying customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Based in London with a hybrid work culture, you’ll collaborate with IT Engineers and the CSM to keep service delivery smooth and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
