Store Team Leader: Energetic, Customer‑Focused Coach

Card Factory is seeking a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to energize our Wigston store and support the Store Manager. You’ll motivate the team, ensure customers leave with what they came in for, and step up when the Store Manager is away.

You’ll drive initiatives, keep communication flowing, and foster a positive, inclusive vibe. You’ll lead by example, help others grow, and bring the Card Factory Way to life with energy and commercial know-how.
