Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in the Prison Health service is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join the Mental Health In-Reach Team at HMP Guys Marsh on a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave. You will provide specialist mental healthcare to offenders and work as part of an integrated service.
The role requires a psychologically minded approach, conducting assessments, planning care and collaborating with community teams to support discharge and continuity of care.
